　 a. Both sides make negotiation, modification and supplement on the content of the website to reach final agreement;
　 b. Suntech prepares Website Construction Proposal

03. Sign agreement, customer pays prepayment
　 a. Both sides sign Website Construction Agreement
　 b. The customer pays the prepayment;
　 c. The customer provides texts and pictures in electronic format in relation to contents of the website;

04. Style design
　a. Suntech submit initial draft of design, i.e. design draft of home page, based on Website Construction Proposal;
　b. The customer examines and approves the initial draft of design;

05. Website production
　a. Suntech produce the overall website based on Website Construction Proposal;
　b. Internal trial operation;

06. Customer view online to perform acceptance
　 a. The customer performs acceptance to the website according to the provisions of the agreement;
　 b. Revise and perfect the website through communication;
　 c. the client pays the rest of payment and the website is put into formal operation;

07. Website maintenance
　 a. Suntech updates and maintains the website as specified in Website Construction Proposal.
